Written by Mike Renner | Wed, Jun 26, 2013

Question: We own Sage 100 ERP (formerly Sage MAS90/MAS200), recently installed Workstation on a Windows 7 64 bit machine. When trying to run one of the Crystal Reports we get : “Crystal Error: Failed to load the Crystal Print Engine {crpe32.dll} {err/ret=2/0} occurred on line 140 in program SWCOCX. How can we fix this?

Answer: This can be fixed by the following steps:

  1. Browsing to the following location: “C:\Program Files (x86)\
  2. iness Objects\Common\3.5\Bin”, finding the File CRPE32.dll.
  3. Copying this file to the “C:\Windows|SysWoW64” directory
This should correct the issue.
